We accept bank transfers (currencies: EUR, USD, PLN); money transfers. Unless otherwise stated, in the order confirmation, prices will be considered excluding packaging and transport costs (postage, freight, insurance or delivery fees) and before the addition of legal VAT. Cash discounts will only be granted on the basis of prior written agreement. The calculation of cash discounts must be calculated on the day of receipt of payment of the invoice to our account. We generally require invoices to be paid in advance. We reserve the right to request prepayment for additional deliveries. If the contracting party fails to fulfill its obligations to pay in due time, in addition to a notice, we reserve the right to block commercial access, and trigger other legal claims. If, after the conclusion of the contract, it is discovered that our right to pay for the purchase is threatened by the inability of the contracting parties (for example, because of an application for insolvency proceedings), we are entitled, in accordance with the legislation, to cancel the contract and, when applicable, after a deadline has been set, to trigger legal action.
